Let’s get on with it!
Our goal is to bring you back into movement. As an international team of experienced physiotherapists, we combine expertise, different perspectives and personal care to support you in the best possible way. Together we work on reducing pain, regaining mobility and strengthening your trust in your body.

Treatments
Physiotherapy (KG — Therapeutic Exercise)
Physiotherapy (KG) forms the foundation of many of our treatments. Together, we work to improve your mobility, strength, and coordination. Through targeted exercises, we help your body move more freely, confidently, and safely.
Manuelle Therapy (MT)
Manual therapy (MT) helps release joint restrictions and muscular tension. Using specific hands-on techniques, we work to reduce pain and restore natural joint mobility.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle treatment that stimulates the body’s lymphatic system. Using slow, targeted movements, we help reduce swelling, improve lymph flow, and relieve pressure in the tissues.
Exercise Therapy with Equipment (KGG)
Medical exercise therapy with equipment (KGG) focuses on targeted strength and stability training using specialized equipment. This helps strengthen muscles, improve stability and make the body more resilient.
Neurological Physiotherapy (KG-ZNS)
Neurological Physiotherapy (KG-ZNS) is designed for people with neurological conditions. Through targeted exercises, we help your nervous system relearn movement patterns, improve coordination, and increase confidence in everyday activities.
Craniomandibular Dysfunction (CMD)
Craniomandibular Dysfunction (CMD) therapy addresses problems affecting the jaw joint and chewing muscles. Using targeted manual techniques and exercises, we help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve the interaction between the jaw, head, and neck.
Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory Therapy helps improve your breathing and supports healthy lung function. Through specialized breathing exercises and techniques, we make breathing easier, help loosen mucus, and promote more efficient breathing.
Fango Heat Therapy
Fango Heat Therapy uses soothing deep heat to relax tense muscles, improve circulation, and help relieve pain. It is often used to prepare the body for physiotherapy treatment.
Ultrasound Therapy
Ultrasound Therapy uses gentle sound waves to support the body’s natural healing processes. It can help reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote the recovery of muscles, tendons, and joints.
Electrotherapy
Electrotherapy uses targeted electrical impulses to relieve pain and stimulate the muscles. Depending on your condition, it can improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and support the healing process.

Costs
Costs depend on whether you have a medical prescription or pay privately.
If you have a prescription from your doctor, statutory health insurance covers most of the costs. You only pay the statutory co-payment: €10 per prescription plus about 10% of the treatment costs (= “Zuzahlung”), unless you are exempt.
Without a prescription (or as a private patient), prices depending on the treatment are usually around €30–€60 per session.
Coach Kuma
Hello, I am Kuma Soteh.
Born and raised in Cameroon, sport and a healthy lifestyle accompanied me from an early age. In Germany I trained as a personal trainer and worked for several years as a physiotherapist in an orthopedic practice.
Today I accompany people in sustainably improving their health, strength and mobility. As a father of two children, it is also especially important to me to inspire young people for movement and an active lifestyle. With humor and ease I support you on your way to more fitness and well-being.
Team
We are an international team of experienced physiotherapists united by one thing: the joy of helping people get back into movement. With different backgrounds, a lot of expertise and personal commitment, we work together to find the best possible treatment for you. In doing so, we take time, listen and accompany you step by step on your way to more mobility and well-being.
