What is your goal?

For many of our patients, physiotherapy begins with a simple wish: to move confidently again, get through everyday life without pain, and regain trust in their own body.

But often, it becomes something more.

Small steps forward create new motivation. Throughout therapy, many people realize they don’t just want to be pain-free — they want to become stronger and more resilient. Some begin strength training, want to start running again, or discover a completely new joy in exercise.

If you want more too — and physiotherapy is only the beginning of a long-term active and pain-free lifestyle for you — our personal trainers Kuma and Augusto are here to support you on that journey.

I am Kuma Soteh

Growing up in Cameroon, movement was always a natural part of my life. When I later moved to Germany, it gradually became more than just a passion.

I first worked as a personal trainer, and later physiotherapy became part of my journey. Today, I combine both worlds.

Because it’s not just about building muscle or treating pain — it’s about helping your body return to balance.

Running plays a big role in that process. I support people from their very first easy jog all the way to preparing for a half marathon or marathon.

It’s not about pressure or chasing personal records, but about finding a healthy rhythm that works for you and your body.

I am Augusto Françisco-Bata

Born in 1980 in Luanda, Angola, I moved to Berlin at the age of eight. Sport was never just a hobby for me — it was language, structure, and identity all at once.

At the age of nine, I started practicing Aikido and later Muay Thai. Football followed at Wacker Lankwitz and later at Hertha BSC. From an early age, movement was the way I understood the world around me.

With more than 25 years of experience, my work is shaped not only by professional training, but above all by personal life experience.

My approach is not about pressure or performance at any cost. It is about helping people build a real connection with their body — based on strength, discipline, and clarity.

Let’s do it!
